This is the large scale version of the Wildcat Woman print, an original linocut print. It has been hand carved and printed using Vandercook press. Printed on Fabriano Artistico paper. 

The print is 45cm x 45cm plus 5cm approx. white margin.

Wildcat woman takes inspiration from the GreeK goddess Artemis (Roman Diana), the goddess of wild animals and the hunt. -She also represents an independent and achievement-oriented feminine spirit- from the book Goddesses in Everywoman by Jean Shinoda Bolen.
